The hardwood floor was dried in place and refinished where water staining had occurred. The room was returned to its original appearance.

A faulty supply line to a bathroom fixture in a midtown condo caused water to leak into the bathroom floor and the adjacent bedroom closet. The homeowner noticed warping in the closet floor and contacted us for an assessment. We traced the moisture path, removed the affected flooring sections, dried the subfloor, and installed replacement materials. The bathroom fixture connection was also inspected and secured as part of the project.

Water was extracted, the affected areas were dried, and repairs were completed over the course of a week with minimal disruption to the tenant's business.
